God bless Lollipops!

I think that around two years old kids really start to make their place in this world.  They are mobile... they are communicative and they defintiely know what they do and do NOT want!  Miss J here had decided she did NOT want to have her picture made this particular day and she told me so  - many times  - and in no uncertain terms!  I didn't let that stop me though and I just LOVE this entire session!  It totally represents Miss J at two!

Enjoy!

This image kinds of sums up the mood of the day!  :)

Blast from the Past!

This week, through the wonders of the internet, I have reconnected with an old (sorry Chris) high school friend.  It's always great when after twenty years you get back in touch with someone.  It's even better when they have a Masters Degree in Business and are working in the Marketing field and the first thing they tell you is "...the one thing that kills a blog is intermittent postings".  So, I have been SHAMED in to doing a better job on my blog.

Actually the timing is perfect.  I have decided NOT to do the newsletters anymore.  I would rather concentrate all the information in the blog anyway.  So, if you sign up to receive the newsletter what you will actually get is notification that the blog has been updated.  I will now use the blog to inform everyone of special events, special offers and sometimes just my crazy, random thoughts.  I also am trying to figure out how to do some fun things... for example I would love to have a photo contest where you submit YOUR best snapshots.  I am still working out the details but will let you know as soon as I figure out the best way to do that.  It isn't too early to start thinking or planning that perfect shot though!

So... I am going to officially make Wednesday mornings blogging time.  Let's see how this works out!
